The Program
Started in 1998 by Teresa Marchese, Rock Solid Fitness inspires and empowers people of all shapes, sizes, ages, and circumstances to strive for and maintain optimum physical fitness. We believe that total fitness can only be accomplished from the inside out. Through each program, our clients discover how a healthy lifestyle, physical strength, endurance, balance and flexibility will not only transform their external body, but inspire all aspects of their lives.
 

Rock Solid goals are not short-term. We don’t believe yours are either. By promoting self-sufficiency in fitness and creating comprehensive workouts that can be done anywhere, anytime, and by anyone, Rock Solid Fitness aims to instill lifelong fitness habits.

In pursuit of her own fitness goals, Teresa Marchese trained for and completed the Silicon Marathon, dove into a serious study of martial arts, participated in fitness boot-camps and spent hours on gym machines. Still, as a seasoned athlete, she found herself frustrated by the lack of optimal results from her regimen. She then earnestly studied the effects of exercise, nutrition, and supplementation, developing an understanding of the combination that produces achievable and noticeable results. Teresa took this knowledge, received a certification from the American Council on Exercise, began training friends and teaching outdoor fitness classes, and Rock Solid Fitness was born.

With a network of warm, experienced, and motivating trainers, and a loyal following of clients who have realized ambitious results, Rock Solid Fitness continues to grow to change the bodies and lives of a unique and diverse city.
